The goal of this service is to improve the athletes ‘ sports performance. This can be accomplished in order to prepare athletes for sports season, prevention of injuries, work muscle imbalance, improvement of the interaction of the muscular systems, etc.

This program is designed in a way that it can promote the strengthening and improvement of muscular systems, especially directed to the prevention of injuries, as well as in the work of specific qualities (e.g. improvement of the jump, improve reaction and coordination speed, etc.).

The work is carried out in order to maintain the physical qualities necessary for the sport practised by each athlete as well as developing the muscles involved in the practice for better prevention of injuries.
