The Elderly program is aimed at those that even in advanced age still intend to remain active and/or improve their quality of life.

This program is designed so that the customer can work the balance, endurance, strength, flexibility and mobility through simple but yet effective exercises.

This program will allow you to stay healthy, with more energy, feel more confident, relieve stress and more importantly, improve your quality of life. In Addition, the program is designed to work the muscular regions responsible for the prevention of falls, one of the main concerns at this stage of life.
