The Active Lifestyle Program is designed for those who do not have a concrete goal but want to have a more active and healthier lifestyle.
The program is designed so that the client experiences various types of training stimulating the various body systems.
The workouts are tailored to your ability and you will be followed closely by your Personal Trainer. Also, we will assess your progression and body composition, providing you with a full report.
